Glorification of weapons/violence/war. A janus of Uncle Sam and Osama Bin Laden, Manhattan and Kabul that turns slowly on a column of automatic weaons and shipwrecked refugees. A monument to stubborn refusal to connect cause and effect. Instead to be told we have “weaponized empathy”.
Additional soundtrack of George W. Bush’s “mission accomplished” speech distorted and mixed over a “call to jihad”.

The interiors of each “boat” move through a color spectrum as they move “through space (time)”. Boats have a slight swaying motion on their steel stems. Consideration of how, overtime, we change and move through invisible thresholds of spiritul growth and consciousness.
